1. General

JSR Interiors (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides interior designing and related services, including but not limited to residential interiors, modular kitchen designs, commercial interiors, and home renovations.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Deliverables

• All services offered are subject to a prior consultation and mutually agreed scope of work.
• 3D visualizations, designs, layouts, and material suggestions are proprietary and intended for the exclusive use of the client.
• Minor design modifications may occur during execution based on site feasibility without prior notice.
• Completion timelines mentioned (such as 45-day delivery) are indicative and may vary based on the scope, approvals, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All service pricing will be transparently communicated in the quotation/proposal shared with the client.
• A mutually agreed advance payment is required to initiate the project.
• Subsequent payments shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.
• Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in delays or suspension of services.
• All fees are non-refundable once the design phase is initiated unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, concepts, sketches, 3D models, and documentation created by JSR Interiors remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our designs without prior written consent.

5. Warranty and Aftercare

• We offer a 10-year warranty on select interior services covering manufacturing defects, subject to the terms outlined in the project-specific warranty documents.
• Warranty claims are applicable only when the interiors are maintained as per the maintenance guidelines provided.
• Natural wear and tear, misuse, negligence, or modifications made by third parties void the warranty.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure clear site access and provide necessary approvals, permissions, and cooperation for smooth project execution.
• Delays arising due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed approvals, late selections, site unavailability) will not be the responsibility of JSR Interiors.
• Changes to the scope of work during project execution will require a formal variation order and may involve additional costs and timeline revisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• JSR Interiors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.
• In any case, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• Projects may be canceled by either party by providing written notice.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on work completed, services rendered, and expenses incurred until the date of cancellation.
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

JSR Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
